The Alpiner Extreme Automatic is a 41 x 42.5mm rugged sport watch. At the heart of the design, a strong brushed-finish cushion case featuring a green dial with a date window at 3 o'clock and a see-through case-back. The integrated green rubber strap (with no joining link with the case), made of textured rubber offers as much comfort as strength and modernity. The rubber grip allows for ease of handling with bare hands or with gloves. WR to 200M.

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
